9. Bright Sky Learning reserves the right to terminate your access to
all or part of any of their websites with or without notice at its own

10. By purchasing materials through Bright Sky Learning, LLC you agree to receive e-mails from Bright Sky
Learning LLC. These e-mails are designed to keep you informed of our
company, new products and other information that we feel would be of
interest to you. You may elect to not receive these e-mails by

Return Policy
Bright Sky Learning’s educational products should meet or exceed your
expectations. Products are sold with a
7-day guarantee, subject to a 40% restocking charge if the individual section boxes are opened. A full refund will be issued if all sections are unopened. Customers are responsible for return postage..
To
return an item:
1.Contact a Customer Care Specialist at Bright Sky Learning by calling
1-866-270-0471, or by sending an e-mail to
scott@Brightskylearning.com to obtain a Return Authorization
number. (Hereinafter referred to as the RA#.)
2. Complete the
Return Authorization form.
3. Secure your item, all of the original packing materials and the
Return Authorization form in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (boxes are
available at your local post office if you do not have one). Please
Note: Returned materials not accompanied by all of the original
documentation will not be honored. All returned materials must be in new
and unworn condition. If Section boxes are opened they are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
4. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in
the return area and address the package to:

5. Send
the package by registered mail or delivery confirmation, as this is the safest way to ship items.
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of
the invoice. Bright Sky Learning, LLC is not responsible for items lost or
damaged during shipping.
Our Quality Assurance Team will evaluate your returned item upon
receipt. You will receive notification via email regarding your return
within five business days of receipt and the amount of refund due.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Items
that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot and will not be accepted for
return. Your request will be processed after our Quality Assurance team
inspects and verifies the condition of the return. Damaged goods due to
client negligence will absolutely not be accepted.
We will refund the cost of the return, not including your shipping
and handling charges. Full cost if all Sections unopened. If any Section is opened the price is subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Credit
You can expect a refund within 14 full business days of our receiving
your returned product. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday,
excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Damaged
or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Care
Specialist within 5 business days of receipt at 1-866-270-0471.
Please supply the Specialist with your name, e-mail address, phone
number and have all of your original documentation provided with your
shipment available. Bright Sky Learning will make every reasonable
effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse
the order and contact a Customer Care Specialist immediately at
1-866-270-0471. Please have your order confirmation number available
when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.
Once received at our warehouse, Bright Sky Learning, LLC will ship a new replacement to you.
