Smart Way Reading and Spelling IS the Solution!

The Design

The multi-sensory Smart Way Reading and Spelling program is modelled after Orton-Gillingham principles, utilizing a series of 27 easy-to-use flip charts that assist people of all ages learning to read or who need reading help. There are no small or moving parts to get broken or lost. The reading coach reads aloud, following instructions on one side of a flip chart, while the student performs the exercises on her side. This format allows the student to complete lessons quickly, building her confidence while being fully engaged. Smart Way been proven highly effective for Limited English Proficient students, English Language Learners, and Special Education students.
